Data collected by this website
This website has no forms, creates no accounts and uses no traffic analytics. We do not collect or store visitors' personal data through these pages.
Third-party services
- Fresha. Bookings are made on the Fresha platform, which handles the data needed for the booking under its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps. The "Find us" section can show an embedded Google map, which sets cookies and records usage data under Google's privacy policy. The map only loads if you accept cookies.
- Adobe Fonts. The website's typeface is served by Adobe Fonts. To display it, your browser requests the files from Adobe's servers, which receive your IP address but, according to the Adobe Fonts policy, do not store it or use cookies. Adobe only records which fonts are used and on which website, to pay royalties to the type foundries.
- Behold. The "On Instagram" section can load the latest posts through the Behold service, which serves the feed and images from its own servers. According to its privacy policy, Behold does not collect or store visitors' personal data.
- Instagram. Links to Instagram take you away from this website and are subject to Meta's terms.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own. The only cookies come from the Google map in the "Find us" section, so the map only loads if you accept them, in the notice shown on your first visit or with the "Accept and show map" button. If you decline, the rest of the website works the same and you can open the map on a Google page with the "Open in Google Maps" link.
Your choice is stored only in this browser (in local storage, under the name "fundamentum-cookies"), so the notice does not appear again. You can change it at any time with the "Cookies" button in the footer of the home page. If you withdraw consent, the map stops loading; any cookies Google has already stored can be deleted in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the data Fundamentum holds about you, for example data linked to bookings. To do so, contact us using the details above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
